We have lived here now going on 6 years and it has been a good home for us.

There is plenty of pressure and hot water and the Furness works great to keep you warm in winter.
It's a safe neighborhood, with quite and respectful neighbors.
The mobile home is a 1968 Nassah, it is 12' X 44' feet with 2 bedrooms one bath.
It does need a few windows replaced or repaired and some carpet or flooring.
It is a fixer but mostly cosmetic in my opinion.
You must pass a background check with the Sunny Brook Courts Mobile Home Park.
The space rent is $435 plus water.
Sewer and garbage are included with space rent.
I have checked around and our mobile home is a good deal.
Other parks are selling homes like mine for way more money and they are pretty much unlivable.
