Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and emails with quality customer service and professionalism
Assisting walk-in traffic with confidence and knowledge
Scheduling and performing property showings to prospective residents
Preparing and reviewing lease agreements
Marketing available properties
Processing rental applications
SEO assistance
Creating and engaging with social media content and blogs
Skills & Traits

Knowledgeable in computer and tablet usage

Active Driver’s License (company car is typically available to use, but you may need to use your own vehicle at times with mileage reimbursement)

Wages
Team members with limited experience can make $14-16 per hour plus benefits.
Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.
