Leasing Agent

We are looking for a full-time leasing agent to join our team! Must be outgoing, charismatic, and work well in a team setting.
Must be in Rexburg year-round and available 40 hours a week.
Compensation based on experience and longevity.
This position has the potential for advancement to senior positions within the company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities * Support recruiting and lease up activities for the site.
* Complete tours and respond to potential tenant inquiries, etc.
* Help residents renew or complete initial lease.
* Ability to lead tours.
* Assist in advertising activities and distribution.
* Assist in planning and execution of complex activities and events.
Required Skills * Excellent customer service skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Conflict resolution * Problem-solving * Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team * Adaptability, and ability to take direction Preferred Experience * 2 or more years in Property Management, or other management position * Knowledge of BYU-Idaho Approved Student Housing system * Other leadership experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
