*HOPE Management* is on the hunt for an exceptional individual who is long-term committed, clever, ambitious, organized, and a genuine people-person to spearhead the management of our apartment communities in the charming city of Rexburg.
*What You’ll Be Doing:*
* *Tech Savvy*: Be adept with software applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel, coupled with solid basic math skills.
* *Financial Duties*: Handle rent collection, process applications, and lease units with ease.
* *Administrative Responsibilities*: Engage in processing annual recertifications, dispatching 3rd party verification documents, and efficiently managing move-outs.
* *Inspections and Community Engagement*: Conduct periodic inspections, spearhead community activities, and ensure the marketing of units is on point.
* *Maintenance Coordination*: Work closely with maintenance technicians to address and coordinate maintenance needs.
* *Communication*: Issue lease violations, other notices, and maintain transparent communication with supervisors.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Knowledge of LIHTC or USDA Rural Development Program is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
