We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Solutions Division.
The Candidate will be responsible for managing projects in the implementation and maintenance phase, collaborating with technical staff and customer stakeholders, documenting artifacts, and general project management functions related to and in the ServiceNow platform.
The projects will be with customers spanning various customer segments (state and federal government, commercial) across the U.
S.
This position reports to CRI's Senior Project Manager for Solutions- ServiceNow.
This role requires US Citizenship.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage ServiceNow Implementations and Managed Support Services (MSS) contracts
• Manage day-to-day operation for on-going projects - leads large projects and other sized projects as needed.
Ability to work with the technical team, Business Analyst and working with Senior Project Manager, ensures tasks are prioritized effectively
• Participates in scoping calls for large projects and may lead scoping calls for smaller projects
• Participates in client workshops and weekly scrums
• Assures project scope aligns with Statement of Work
• Communicates with technical team effectively and efficiently
• Works with Business Analyst and facilitates tracking technical teams designs in accordance with gathered requirements
• Ensures Business Analyst captures and logs requirements in stories, follows up with clients on deliverables and ensure the technical team is following requirements
• Providing status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

• Works with Senior Project Manager to manage PMO standard operating procedures (SOP)
• May mentor members of the PMO as needed
• Ensures customer satisfaction is being met on the project
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management, or similar program.
Equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree.
3-5 years of relevant experience as a project manager
2-3 years of experience gathering customer requirements
1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow as an implementor, business analyst, developer or administrator focused on ITSM or CSM functionality.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple requirements and projects
Preferred Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience with SaaS application
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) product
