SUPERVISOR: HR Director
Role Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs and collaborating with department managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting reference checks and background screenings.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
